How is the GA Club Fitness Program for Kids Different?
The routines are specially curated by our Founder and Head Coach for Dance & Fitness, Sarunas Greblikas. As a multiple award-winning Global Dance Champion, he has an in-depth understanding of body physiology.
The fitness routines designed by him combine movement, stretching, toning, and conditioning.
Here’s what you can expect from our program:
1. Age-Appropriate Routines: The classes vary according to age groups and each class is tailored to suit the age group, ensuring that the activities are engaging and suitable for their developmental stage.
2. Variety of Activities: Our training includes a mix of dance, fitness exercises, and games that promote muscle and bone development, coordination, and teamwork.
3. Skill Progression: We focus on gradual skill development, allowing kids to progress at their own pace while building confidence in their abilities.

AT GA CLUB PREMIUM, we believe in the importance of starting proper physical education at an early age — ideally as young as three years old!
Our experience shows that when students experience a balanced integration of academic tasks and properly guided physical education, they can harness their hidden talents to the fullest.
The fitness programs for kids at the club are designed to help them build strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina from an early age. When they are physically fit, they can leverage that strength, mobility, and flexibility in our dance training as well as any sport they pursue.
