    This low-impact workout targets the core while promoting better posture and alignment through controlled, precise movements. 

     

    Pilates Mat also encourages mindfulness and concentration, making it an effective way to build strength and enhance physical fitness.

  • Body Pump is a high-energy group fitness class that combines weight training and cardiovascular exercise. This program uses dumbbells, weight plates, bars and body weight for burning calories as well as strengthening different muscle groups.

  • TRX  is a dynamic and effective workout method that uses adjustable suspension straps to perform a range of exercises for muscle and core strengthening.

    TRX training helps build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. 

    This is a great form of exercise for athletes, too.

  • Barre Fusion is a unique class that combines elements of Pilates, Yoga, stretching, all performed withthe support of the Ballet Bar. 

     

    It is a great form of exercise for toning, conditioning, body alignment, glute strengthening, muscle elongation and joint mobility.

    Zumba promotes a positive atmosphere where participants can express themselves and enjoy the rhythm, making it an exciting option for those looking to stay active and have fun simultaneously.

  • Latin Boost is a dynamic workout that fuses Latin dance styles with high-energy fitness routines. 

     

    It is a great form of cardio workout emphasizing  movement, coordination, and rhythm, making it an enjoyable way to enhance overall fitness while immersing participants in the lively spirit of Latin music and dance.

  • Fat Burning Circuit is a high-intensity workout that combines strength training and cardio  exercises in a circuit format to maximize calorie burn and promote fat loss. 

    Participants move through a series of exercises, each targeting different muscle groups with little rest in between, keeping the heart rate elevated. 

    This efficient approach not only builds strength and endurance but also boosts metabolism, making it effective for weight loss.

  • Wheel Yoga is a unique practice that incorporates the yoga wheel, to enhance flexibility, support balance, and deepen stretches. 

    It helps participants improve their alignment and core strength while exploring new poses and variations. 

    The wheel can be used to open the chest, strengthen the back, and facilitate deeper backbends, making it an excellent tool for both beginners and experienced participants.

  • Aerial Yoga is a unique form of yoga that combines traditional poses with the use of a suspended fabric hammock. This practice allows participants to perform various yoga postures while being partially or fully supported by the hammock, enhancing flexibility, balance, and strength. 

    Aerial Yoga offers a playful way to explore inversions and deep stretches without the usual strain on the body. It can help improve body awareness, relieve tension, and provide a sense of weightlessness.

  • Aerial Fitness is an innovative workout that utilizes suspended equipment, such as hammocks or silks, to enhance traditional exercise routines. 

    This form of fitness combines elements of strength training, flexibility, and cardio, allowing participants to perform a variety of movements while being partially or fully supported in the air. 

    Aerial Fitness improves core strength, balance, and body awareness, while also providing a unique and engaging way to challenge the body. 

  • Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless transition between poses, synchronized with breath. 

    Often referred to as "flow" yoga, it allows participants to move through a series of postures in a continuous sequence, fostering both strength and flexibility. 

    Vinyasa Yoga promotes mindfulness and body awareness, making it suitable for all levels.

  • Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and holding postures for extended periods, typically ranging from three to five minutes. 

    This practice promotes flexibility and improves joint health. Unlike more dynamic forms of yoga, Yin Yoga encourages relaxation and introspection, making it a meditative experience. 

    The slow, gentle approach allows participants to cultivate awareness of their bodies and breath, fostering a sense of calm and balance.

  • Gentle stretch yoga is a soothing practice that is practised to the sounds of the Singing Bowls.

     

    This style of yoga encourages deep breathing, mindfulness, a sense of calm, while also helping in deep stretching and enhancing flexibility.

     

    After a couple of these yoga sessions, participants experience and improved sense of well-being and a greater sense of connection between body and mind.

  • Sound Meditation uses the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls to enhance awareness, mindfulness, relaxation and inner peace. 

    The sessions start with a few rounds of deep breathing to centre the mind, followed by some reflection exercises. 

    Participants are then guided into a deep state of physical and mental relaxation through an immersive sound bath experience using the singing bowls and chimes. 

    The vibrations from the bowl facilitate emotional release, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
