Mobility & Stretch

Throughout the class, we will incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body. These sequences will help to gently awaken and prepare your muscles and joints for the practice ahead. We will then transition into slower-paced movements that focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This allows you to explore and deepen each pose with mindful awareness.
