Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is a class for those who want to challenge their balance, work their legs 360 until they are jelly, sweat, have fun and doing it all while your heart rate is at your fat-burning level! It resembles a Barre class, only performed on the mat.

 

We go through movement sequences with minimal breaks in between so it is a pretty fast-paced class. A mix of standing and on-the-mat exercises will surely challenge your muscle strength, balance and coordination. But do not worry, our Coach will make sure you are able to perform it all with safety and at your own comfortable level. We will move with the music with grace, enjoying our reflection in the mirror. All levels are welcome!
