This class will be guided by our professional coaches to lead your children into a learning experience of self management and body alignment.
The purpose of this class is to utilize special gymnastics exercises for building a solid foundation through stretching and mobility drills. This approach allows dancers to enhance their ability to express intricate details when needed during competitions, performances, or training sessions.
